This service is to witness signatures on client authorisation, land transfer or mortgage documents.

What to bring:
- Your completed UNSIGNED documents that require witnessing
- Current photo identification that includes name, photograph and signature.

In your appointment we can:
- witness your signature, cost per signature witnessed
- prepare certified copies of documents, cost per certified copy

What we cannot do:
- Witness foreign documents
- Witness declarations to be used outside of Australia
- Witness declarations that are not in the correct format
- Provide advice on the requirements of your document.
