Bring you previous Passport when collecting your new.

Parents collecting their child's passport will need to bring their Child's previous passport & Photo ID for themselves.

We can photocopy your original document, and certify it is a true copy.

Documents must be Australian, or for use in Australia.
We apply the following certification: "This is a true copy of the document presented to me". This is DFAT approved wording and cannot alter it.

Adult Renewal by PC7 (1-page form) can be lodged by mail or in person.

- Your current Australian Passport (we will return it to you valid)

First Adult Passport Application - PC8

Buying or Selling Property in Australia & other property related documents (TAS, WA)

This service is for the witnessing of signatures on a Notice of Intended Marriage form or preparing a Certificate of No-Impediment to Marriage. 

What to bring: 
Noticed of Intended Marriage
- Current photo identification that includes name, photograph and signature.
- Completed but UNSIGNED Notice of Intended Marriage form (available from our website); or

Certificate of No Impediment to Marriage
- Completed but UNSIGNED No-Impediment to Marriage form (available from www.smartraveller.gov.au).
- Applicant and spouse-to-be current passport. 
- Applicant and/or spouse-to-be original divorce certificate if previously married.
- English translation prepared by professional translator if the documents are not in English.

Notice of Intended Marriage / Certificate of No-Impediment to Marriage

Reporting of a lost, stolen or damaged passport or enquiries related to a lost, stolen or damaged passport.

Lost, Stolen or Damaged Passport

This service is to legalise an Australian Public document with an Apostille OR Authentication certificate.

Examples of Australian documents which can be legalised include, Australian:
- Birth/Death/Marriage Certificate
- Criminal Record Check 
- University Degree
- University Transcript
- Other Australian public documents 

Foreign authorities may request a document to be issued with an Apostille or an Authentication certificate before it will be accepted by that foreign country. This is referred to as ‘legalisation’.

An Apostille or an Authentication certificate can only be affixed to original Australian documents. Documents that have been altered, damaged, or laminated cannot be legalised and customers should request a replacement document from the issuing authority.

Group (2) passport applications

Choose this option for individual applications between 16 and 17 year old.  

16 and 17 year old children ARE REQUIRED to attend the appointment along with a guardian.
Fill in, sign and complete your PC8 Overseas Passport Application before your appointment:
NOTE: PC8 Form, Section 11, Guarantor Page, should be completed prior to your appointment. Singaporean citizens who are employed in an approved profession are acceptable (EG Singaporean Teacher, Doctor, Lawyer etc)
NOTE: PC8 Form Section 15, must be signed by both parents in front of an independent adult witness (witness must NOT be related to child/parents and NOT live at your home address. Passport Officers are not permitted to witness parental consent as they are not independent to the Passport application process).

What to bring to your appointment:
- Completed PC8 Application form 
- Two Passport Photos (One signed by guarantor) 
- Childs Birth Certificate (Australian or Foreign)
- Proof of Child's Australian Citizenship (See PC8 Form Section 3)
- Child Previous Australian Passport (if applicable)
- Lodging Parents Passport (Australian or Foreign)
- Lodging Parents Proof of Address (EG Utility Bill, Bank Statement, Lease)

Child Passport Application - PC8 (For 16 and 17 year old)

An affidavit is a written statement that allows the person making it to present evidence in court or other legal proceedings.  The person making the affidavit must take an oath or make an affirmation that the contents of the affidavit are true and correct.  

This service is only available on Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 9:00am to 11:30 am only.

What to bring: 
- Your completed UNSIGNED document
- Current photo identification that includes name, photograph and signature.

This service is for witnessing signatures on Driver's Licence Renewal for States and Territories, except Tasmania and Western Australia

The Australian High Commission does not renew driver's licences.  

You will need to contact the relevant State Government Licence issuing Authority in Australia to obtain the necessary forms to renew your licence while residing overseas, which may need to be witnessed by a Consular Officer.

- Photo (if required)
- Current photo identification that includes name, photograph and signature.
